Unknown Debit by Applepay

Amount has been debited by Unknown person through Applepay in another country . Any solutions !!!? .

It does seems that , no minimal security.

Apple is not a bank and doesn’t approve or decline the transaction. Have you talked to the bank that issued the payment method (credit, debit card)?
