Iphone 15 pro has manufactured issue with camera
I brought iPhone 15 pro 128gb recently and within 1 week the camera and video recording started freezing. Apple has already diagnosed and submitted my phone for further investigation and most probably it will be a hardware issue. I am asking Apple to provide me new phone instead of repairing it as it is a brand new device only 7 days usage but I am not getting any response from them.
Does anyone face same issue? How can I raise my concern to correct person as device is brand new and I invested lot of money in it.
