Importing French Holidays to Calendar

I have downloaded webcal://files.apple.com/calendars/French32Holidays.ics to may MacBook Air but they do not appear in my Calendar unless I change the System Settings, Language and Region to French !! Then I am unable to see my Calendar Entries that are in English. I am English and my system setting are English (UK) is there any way I can see the French Holidays with the Language and Region Settings as English (UK).??

Calendar for french holidays no longer available. A long long time ago, I had added the calendar for french holidays to the calendar app on my Macbook. I just noticed, that calendar no longer updates. So I looked at the support pages (View the Holidays calendar on Mac - Apple Support). I see the following: But when I look at the region menu, France does not appear: Why is that ? The current URL I have for french holidays is: https://calendars.icloud.com/holidays/fr_fr.ics but that one no longer refreshes.

Calendar widget has the wrong language Hi, today I've noticed that my calendar widget has mixed languages. For example: my MacBook has as principal language Spanish and alternative, Portuguese and English. After update to MacOs Sequoia, the actual day name appears in English, the next day in Spanish and the following days, also in English. I've already tried to change the default language, delete and leave only one, etc but unsuccessful. Something weird that I found is that when I open the widget selection menu, only the calendar appears always in English from my Mac but if instead, I select open from my iPhone, it appears in the correct language. If anyone can help me to solve this issue I will be grateful.

Safari displays website in wrong language after trip Recently returned from a trip to Hungary. One website with an embedded Google Calendar is displaying in Magyar. Specifically, the outer frame of the calendar and the days of the week are displaying in Magyar: However, when I right-click on the calendar and open it in a new tab or window, it displays correctly: I have checked all my MacOS System Settings and have only English as my preferred language: I have also checked my Google language settings, which are also set to only English: My own Google Calendars all display correctly (in English). I tested two other browsers. The page with the embedded calendar displays correctly (in English) in both Chrome and Firefox. It is only Safari that is stuck on Magyar. I cleared ALL the website data from Safari's Settings and quit and restarted Safari, and nothing changed. [Edited by Moderator]
