Security Alert Detect Comprimised Passwords

I received a warning on my IPhone.

I went to Settings, Passwords, Security Recommendations.

It said my password was on a data leak high risk account was or could be compromised.

it says I gave 108 accounts compromised. Then for each one have to go to the website to change.

QUESTIONS

1. Do I have to individually change every password even for accounts I don’t use anymore?
2. I started changing my most important accounts first, like bank accounts but when I go out of settings they still say compromised. I shut phone off to see if it would reset but it didn’t - What’s going on?
3. This will take me a CB week to finish
4. Looking for any recomendations what to do.
