Use the Password app to delete those. Then clear Website Data. Settings>Apps>Safari>Advanced>Website Data. This will clear sign in info and usage data so deleting this info will mean signing in again.

I only see an option to ‘hide’ despite having changed the password for the site and having new password change confirmation.
