Hi I’m trying to add a certificate iOS to my phone but don’t know how to 17

I can’t install a certificate that I downloaded I received a certificate to download on my phone but when I install it I don’t get the options that I should for ex: profile downloaded. Once I download it, the only option I get is to save it or share but not to actually install. I also don’t have any touchable settings in my certificate trust settings. What am I doing wrong? The link I’m downloading from is valid. It works for everyone else but me. I have an iPhone 11 and it’s updates are current. Thanks in advance!

Since upgrading to iOS 18.0 our trust certificate isn't working on iPad 9th Gen Since upgrading to iOS 18.0 the option in Settings -> General -> About -> Certificate Trust Settings -> ENABLE FULL TRUST FOR ROOT CERTIFICATES slider button is missing. We are have problems connecting to Apps and also browsing website using Safari. Having no problems on other iPads that have not yet upgraded to 18.0

Certificate Trust Settings 18.0 My understanding from Lawrence Finch is that the Trust Store version is actually the date and time the trust store contents were last updated. Thus version 2024051501= last updated on May 15, 2024 at 1 AM. My question is this: When do brand new iPhones, including my 16 Pro purchased in 2/2025, begin updating? How long when it’s brand new in the box has it already been updating and why? Do these brand new unused iPhones automatically turn on/wake up and update? I ask because mine shows 2024051501 and it’s a new 16 Pro. Seems like it would show 2025..etc and not something a year old. Again, I’m still learning & understanding and all responses are appreciated Thanks

iPhone 6s plus can run iOS 15.8.2 but cannot

run any later version of iOS.
