Issues with voice control messages

I am just starting to use Voice Control on my Mac Mini M2 (Sonoma), and can get it to do most things. But I can't find the command to send a Text Message to a specific person in my contact list. If I say Open Messages, it goes to the last person to have texted, but I can't determine how to tell it to send a message to someone else. I can, of course, click on that person's name, and then enter the text I want to send, and send it with voice, but not able to select the person. Any suggestions? What command am I missing?
