Is this the stand-alone Apple USB SuperDrive, or one installed in a Mac? ... also, which Mac are you using this drive with?

Apple did not include any form of physical ejection method with these drives. (Some manufacturers included a small hole where you can push a paperclip into to eject a stuck disc.)
That leaves you with the options provided in this support article to try:
