Title: "Battery Drain Issue on iPhone 12 Pro Max after iOS 15.3 Update"

Description:

Since updating my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iOS 15.3, I've noticed a significant increase in battery drain. Prior to the update, my phone's battery life was relatively stable, but now it seems to be draining much faster even with minimal usage.

I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps like restarting my device, disabling background app refresh, and even performing a factory reset, but the issue persists. It's frustrating because I rely heavily on my phone throughout the day, and having to constantly monitor and recharge it is becoming a hassle.

I've seen similar complaints from other users in various online forums, so it seems like this might be a widespread issue rather than an isolated incident. Is anyone else experiencing similar battery drain problems on their iPhone 12 Pro Max after the iOS 15.3 update? And if so, has anyone found a solution or workaround to mitigate this issue?

It would be great to hear from Apple or get some official acknowledgment of the problem, along with any potential fixes they might be working on. In the meantime, any advice or insights from fellow community members would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The current version for an iPhone 12 is iOS 17.4.1, you are two full versions behind. There have been many bug fixes since then. Try updating to the current version and see if that helps.

Since you are that far behind, you may need to use a computer to update but I'll post both methods.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
