Problems registering WhatsApp - on a loop

The Next button is positioned right over the terms in the layer under the button. You will have to press the next button in the very lower edge to succed.

All, I had this problem and my wife suggested making the font smaller, I did that and it separated the Next button from the T&C's link and it worked.

I had the same problem with the WhattsApp App. The problem is caused by the font size setting. When I changed the setting to the smallest font, it was possible to confirm the Terms and Conditions.

This works! I had to turn my phone sideways then instantly touch the next button. It was a bit awkward but did the job. Thanks xx

I managed to do it by double-clicking the home button to have all the lately used apps show, which made the keyboard in whatsapp disappear and when I clicked on whatsapp to go back to it, the ‘next’ button was positioned at the bottom of the screen and so I could click on it. I don’t think the keyboard going away is something that consistently happens so it may take a few tries

Thankyou so much for this post. After days of trying to get into my account and failing, on the point of giving up, here it was, so simple and straightforward - reduce the font size!

This problem can only be resolved by the developer. They do have poor support, but that is your only option if that is the app you want to use. Consider providing a review for the app in the App Store. Some companies seem to have a better response when a review is provided that every one can see as opposed to a problem with an individual user that they can ignore.

I’m having the exact same experience, any answers? WhatsApp a proving pretty useless in providing any help , I get the impression I’m not dealing with a human as the email responses have not acknowledged or taken into account what I’ve actually said, instead they are vague and repetitive and offer no solution

iPhone SE cannot get past register my number on WhatsApp as NEXT script overlaps with hyperlink to terms and conditions and it constantly loops back ! Help! I’ve updated OS restarted phone etc no joy!

Did anyone resolve this issue as I am having the exact same problem and can’t seem to get any help!
