How do I fix frozen on/off setting switches that got that way by a hacker?

My iPhone 15 Pro Max has been hacked. They froze various on/off switches in settings and froze do not disturb and put it in example box so I can not change any settings. Please Help!!!!

It is very unlikely that you have been hacked. Have you tried a forced restart?
