Phone freezing

So I have contacted Apple through Apple support they arranged a call and I said my issue it was

  1. keyboard lagging issue while typing
  2. lagging while scrolling down control panel and home page

i was not using my primary number for a while after activating again these symptoms started what must be the issue factory reset was done

  1. did anyone hack my iPhone
  2. is somebody monitoring through my phone number using third party apps


please answer anyone

What did Apple Support have you try to address the iPhone freezing concern? What was the final result?

1) Double check to ensure that you have ample free storage space available on your iPhone. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Available: Here you will see the available storage space on your iPhone. You should maintain at least 15GB or more free storage space for the iPhone’s efficient operation.


OR


2) You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➡️ Battery ➡️ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.

26GB used of 128GB then battery health is 92%

Apple support had diagnosed my phone and they said no issue found in software and hardware keyboard lagging is seen in certain apps like WhatsApp and at times in Instagram I use my iPhone in battery saver mode after every charge so is that the reason ?

also can someone hack my iPhone remotely with my phone number ?
