Unable to update my payment method

I can't seem to enter a new credit card as payment method. I've tried with two of them, all is well on the bank's end, but on the Apple side it all leads to contact support, which of course doesn't exist. What can I do?


No part in Apple Support's menu leads to a human able to provide any support, just dead ends. I can't add a new card to pay for icloud etc. Nothing and nobody says why.

You're not looking far enough.


To contact billing Support, do this:

1. Click on this link --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?PGF=PGF63006

2. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

3. Select: Update payment method

4. Select a chat session or a phone call.
