Add motion blur to pre-rendered animation and video files in Final Cut Pro

I have a 3D-animation in a video file and want to import this video file into Final Cut Pro and add motion blur to it (since my 3D animation software doesn't render motion blur). I'm looking for a built-in solution in Final Cut Pro or a GPU-accelerated plugin for creating motion blur via pixel/vector tracking. My question is: are there any options beside ReelSmart Motion Blur by RevisionFX? Can I use Optical Flow in Final Cut Pro to generate motion blur in any way?

If you have Motion, you can render out your animation with motion blur, you only need to turn it on.

You can specify the motion blur settings in the project properties.

If you publish the animation as a generator or title, the motion blur settings you set will be used with the template as long as you have turned the Motion Blur render setting on.

If your machine has the horsepower, you can increase the number of "Samples". You might want to do some research for what would be the best Shutter Angle settings... but 360º should be adequate for "general purposes".

That only adds motion blur to objects that have parameters that are animated (keyframed) inside of Motion. What I have is a MOV file with a 3D animation that needs to have motion blur added.

Think about it like this: if you recorded a video with a too high/fast shutter speed, it results in no motion blur and makes the video feel unnatural when looking at it since the motion in every frame is super sharp.
