Are you still subscribed to Apple TV+? Non-subscribers wouldn’t have access to the content, but can still add stuff to the Up Next queue list. Those are independent.
Are the selected added shows part of the Apple TV+ catalog? Not everything in the Apple TV app is part of Apple TV+. Some other content needs to be bought or rented, or requires a different subscription. Please specify the shows that wouldn’t play, so that we may confirm if they are part of Apple TV+. Regardless of origin or access, any findable shows may be added to the Up Next queue list.
