Unable to download notes in iOS 14.7.1

If you indeed have a iPhone 6s, see if anthing here might help you at least update to iOS 15.

Have you actually deleted it, not just removed it from your Home Screen? If so, try restarting your phone and then redownloading it from the App Store. if that doesn't work, sign out and back in to the App Store (open the App Store app, click the person on the top right, scroll down to 'Sign Out').

You might also seriously consider updating your 6S to it’s most current iOS. (now 15.8.2)
