Hi - I can open Apple TV on my Hisense TV & it plays trailers fine but does not allow me to play the shows or films.
Subscription is paid & rest of my services work fine but it AppleTV simply doesn’t work properly.
Also cannot remove app from the TV to reinstall.
All solution suggestions welcome.

Yes Vidaa. Yes AppleTV+ icon / app.
Non play happens to all films & all shows, no exceptions.
All log in & network details 100% correct. Opens app fine, plays trainers fine but NEVER plays content.
No message at all just a blank / black screen & halted timer. That’s whether I play trailer (trailer is fine) or skip it.
strange thing is can scroll timeline with keeping pressed & see scenes.

You may want to send feedback to Apple, to reach those who work behind-the-scenes ... they likely won't reply, yet if it is a glitch others are experiencing too, we may see an update that addresses it.

You may want to check that your TV is completely set up, and signed into with your Apple ID,

What smart platform is running on this Hisense TV? Is it VIDAA?
Does this TV have the specialized Apple TV+ app (note the Plus in the app name), or the full Apple TV app with additional buy, rent, and subscribe options (Store, Channels)?
What show or film were you trying to watch? Please give a recent example.
What happens instead? Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
Many thx but all is set up properly. Seems to be a glitch & no clear advice from Apple on how to fix.
