How do I stop the process 'idleassetsd' permanently from running on my macbook pro

This process keeps running up resources on my system without performing any visible or sensible task. I had stopped it recently from consuming my data by using Lulu, but it is now consuming CPU resources. How can I permanently stop this?

I have also tried using the [sudo kill PID] command, but it just starts up by itself again and keeps running.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4
