My MacBook Pro battery drains during sleep

I've noticed that my battery drains significantly while my computer is in sleep mode, and I'm unsure why. Could anyone please advise on what might be causing this issue? My battery health is currently at 95%. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

this is a good answer from stack exchange:

What I would do next is exactly what you’re asking about - a targeted check to see if an application is what’s stopping your Mac from going to sleep.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. The next time your Mac isn’t going to sleep, open Activity Monitor
  2. Click on the Energy tab
  3. Now you’ll see a list of applications with a number of columns, one of which should be headed “Preventing Sleep”
  4. Now check to see if any applications have a “Yes” listed in this column

I've been using the sleep mode from the Apple menu, but the battery continues to drain. Just now, upon turning on my laptop, I observed that while the Mac was supposed to be in sleep mode, the screen time analysis indicates that the Help View has been consuming a significant amount of screen time. I'm uncertain if this is contributing to the battery drain during sleep mode, but it's something I've noticed.
