According to MacTracker, a MacBookAir (13-inch, Early 2015) would have model identifier MacBookAir7,2. Neither the model identifier, nor the model number (A1466) that you provided, are unique to your particular model year!
Other World Computing sells internal SSD upgrades for that Mac.

If you decide to upgrade the internal SSD,
- You must install High Sierra or a later version of macOS before you install the new third-party SSD, so that the Mac can properly recognize the third-party SSD.
- You should install Monterey somewhere before you install the new third-party SSD, so that you will be able to install Monterey at all. Monterey does a firmware update "if needed", and that firmware update reportedly fails whenever it sees a non-Apple internal SSD.
Installing Monterey before upgrading the internal SSD would presumably take care of both of these things.
