How to hide or minimize what's playing on iPhone

Whatever is playing, or even paused already, from Music, Spotify, YouTube or YouTube Music, it will appear on the Lock Screen. It's not a widget that I can remove. It's a big issue in Privacy. I've made a feedback / request to Apple over a year ago from iOS 16. Now it's iOS 17.4.1 and nothing has changed.

Any one know how to hide or minimise what's playing?

Force closing the app is the only way.
