How can I see the detailed receipts of my restaurant charge using Apple Pay?

Apple Pay only sees encrypted data and does not have the key to decrypt the data. Only your bank has the key to decrypt the data. Apple Pay can only display what the bank chooses to share with Apple. If your bank isn’t sharing the information you require, it should be available at the bank’s website and/or their mobile app.
