My device gets hot and then I can’t control my screen. Am I hacked?

Many times when I’m using my phone to scroll through different news apps or Facebook, my iPhone 12 will begin to get hot. Then the phone seems to become difficult to control. The ability to close an application becomes difficult, and today for instance, it jumped to my wallet and my credit card was asking to click twice to purchase.

I quickly came here to ask if my iPhone has been hacked. I do have two factor authentication set up. But the authentication went to my phone and no other device. Did I just divulge something to a hacker?

my phone is no longer hot at this time. It is operating as normal. This all occurred in the last ten minutes.
