Add eSIM is not appeared on my iPhone 11 and I can’t use eSIM now I just want to know why

iPhone 11 Model Number: A2223 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao):- eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) and iPhone XS feature eSIM. Find out about using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards in China mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.
Settings > General > About > EID
Look at this photo I’ve lost add eSIM in the morning
I was using eSIM when I wake up and I got my work there’s no add eSIM option
