Hi,

The latest supported Brother MFC-7860DW printer driver appears to be for macOS 10.15 Catalina.

A Catalina driver may (or may not) work with a later operating system version, but that would be entirely experimental.

You could perhaps check whether resetting the printing system and (re-)adding the printer would lead to a change.

The MFC-7860DW specifications indicate PCL6 and PS3 (BR-Script3) emulation, so you could even test built-in macOS generic PCL or postscript printer software if nothing else works.

You may also want to try a different printer connection method. For example, an Ethernet or wireless connection to a Wi-Fi router (instead of using USB directly computer to printer).

As always, make sure that you have backup copies of all important files before testing anything.
