iPhone 13 voiceover can't shut off

iPhone 13 voiceover won't let my spouse sign in we have tried double tapping and all suggestions seen on line please help

Try to enter your passcode at Lock Screen and voiceover says each number you hit, but it doesn’t get entered. Or the numbers entered do not unlock the device. Previous answer from Apple Support was to reset your phone. There is no need to do this. On the Lock Screen the first tap of a number selects the number, then double tapping the same number will enter that number in the Passcode field. You will have to repeat that process for each character in your Passcode. This will unlock your phone then you will be able to get into to your Settings to disable Voiceover and reenable it if you still want Voiceover. happy triple tapping.

Unable to unlock iPhone due to VoiceOver When I hit the home button, the numbers come up for the passcode and then their little box goes around where you enter the passcode and then when I press in the numbers, a computer female voice comes on and repeats them and this happens over and over and over, I’ve tried almost everything I would like some answers. iPhone 13 voiceover won’t turn off or allow me to unlock Voiceover is stuck on and it restarted again so I need to put passcode in and it won’t unlock it just repeats numbers back to me unable to even talk to Siri or access settings any suggestions?
