How do I get rid of a red and green dot at the top center of my iPhone?

hi on my iPhone 14 I keep getting a red and green dot above the three bars at the top center of my phone. I was told that could be somebody listening to my conversations. If so how do I get rid of them and what is it if it's not that

I was told the dots above the cellular data bars on the top middle of my phone bar on my 14 show the cameras being used by an app or the Mike phones being listened to by an app I don’t want any app accessing my camera or my microphone. How do I shut that off and if they’re listening to they hear what I’m saying on a phone call or can they see into my house through the camera lens?
