How to unblock my personal website on iPhone
I can’t access my website via this iPhone. It says server cannot be found.

In that case you effectively isolated the problem to your own device. You may be better off posting a brand new question in a device-specific Community such as iPhone - Apple Community because it's not a Safari problem.
If resetting Safari's data to defaults does not fix things then something else is preventing the site from loading. Exhaust all the suggestions in If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. For example, content blockers and / or generally worthless VPNs can prevent websites from loading.
