You would probably get a few security updates until September 2024, but after that date you won’t. Furthermore, Apple has been moving away from Intel processors (in favor of their own Apple Silicon) and future versions of macOS might be limited (or inexistant) on Intel Macs. An iMac 24” with an M processor might be a better choice for the long term.

While that Late 2015 iMac has good spec's, it is also very nearly obsolete.

For longevity, I would personally look for a newer iMac in the 2017 to 2019 range.
