i use google remote desktop to access my main computer ( A Dell PC ) while i am on the road. I also use Icloud and it wants me to verify as I sign in with my Apple ID remotely on my PC.

The 2 factor verification asks my Iphone to allow the PC to log into my Icloud account and then gives me a 6 digit verifcation number to enter on the PC. Once done it tells me I have to use a device to verify that is geogrphically close to the login location ? This prevents me from logging into my Icloud files on my remote PC. Is there another way to do this or turn off two factor verification on the Apple-ID ?
