Is ara.apple.com a legit Apple Support means of screensharing?

I wasn’t receiving the prompts to start regular screen sharing so she made me use that website and I downloaded an app for screen sharing on my MacBook. Not sure if this was legit. I called them myself. There was that usual popup sent by the automated response in order to ID my devices. She didn’t send me any email as planned. Nor have I received a text message survey.

Apple Care screen sharing I (hope I) contacted Apple support via the app from App Store, and the service dude asked to screen share. I said okay, and he sent this request, which went something like Apple Care asking for screen share etc. Is this legit, or is someone now spying my phone? I have/had this issue where I saw some random email in my ”Sent”-inbox. The emails were supposedly sent by me, but I didn’t send them. Is this some hack? I changed my Apple ID password, but could someone still have hijacked my stuff and implanted a virus or something? Also: What is this idmsa.-subdomain? Are they all Apple? I fear that I might be just logging in some pishing sites. This one is legit though, right?… If someone has hijacked my Apple ID, and I have changed the password: Is it still possible, that they could spy me or something? Have implanted some virus etc.?
