Why did my toolbar disappear on my ipad?

I have a macbook Pro and I have an Apple Ipad Mini 6 using IOS 17.1.3. I used to be able to view from my ipad in Chrome using desktop instead of mobile. With this I could see my Chrome Toolbar. That is not happening for me anymore. Can anyone give me an answer to why that is.

I am not very computer savvy so if you explain in the simplest terms I'd really appreciate it. Thank you all. I wish this was an April fools prank. LOL

If your iPad mini6 has not yet been updated to the current version of iPadOS, you should do so - as updates include both functional fixes and essential security updates for your iPad. At the time of writing, iPadOS 17.4.1 is current.
