Payment successfully deducted but services still not started

I bought a monthly subscription to SonyLiv through the Apple Store. Despite a successful payment, my service remains inactive and doesn't show up in my account. I've verified with the bank that the payment went through. Can you assist me with a refund, please?

iPhone 14, iOS 17
