Add Safari URL to dock
We had been able to do this in the past using a menu item "Add to Dock" under Safari File menu heading.

Click in the URL field of Safari and drag the websites icon on the far left of the field to the Desktop.
That will create a .weblock file that you can add to the Dock and take you to the site when clicked on.

This Feature is available in Sonoma macOS 14 and Safari Version 17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14)
