Has anyone had an iwatch series 9 start randomly making 911 calls and emergency contact calls?

Sitting watching TV at home and all of a sudden the watch made a 911 call. Then it started calling my emergency contacts about a personal emergency scaring my family. I turned it off and on again, and it did the same thing. Just updated my phone and watch and hopefully that fixes things.

Fall Detection will do this (false positives happen if you for example are using a hammer with your Apple Watch arm; the sudden stop when the hammer hits the nail can look like falling and coming to a sudden stop when you hit the ground; similar activities that would have the Apple arm come to s sudden stop).
Crash Detection will do this (this is a bit hard to get a false positive).
Holding the flag oval side button for several seconds will do that (NOTE: this can be your bent wrist or cloths pressing against the button).

That is all very understandable. However I was sitting on the couch watching TV. It had to be a software glitch. Updated phone and watch and haven’t seen the behavior again.
