You don’t. An iPhone 6 does not support eSims and only supports 1 physical sim.

You can transfer the physical sim by simply moving it from one phone to the other.

To add an eSim, contact your service provider directly or use their app to generate one you can add to the iPhone 11.

Well, that is simply not possible. An iPhone 6 does not support eSims in any way, eSims did not exist when the iPhone 6 was made in 2014. Either she does not have an iPhone 6, and you are confusing the models, or she does not have an eSim.

Perhaps she has an iPhone SE Second or Third generation, from 2020 and 2022 respectively. Those do support eSim and are similar in appearance to an iPhone 6.

Nope. The iPhone 6 does not contain an eSIM. Never did. eSIMs did not exist when it was manufactured.

You can't transfer an eSIM from the iPhone 6 because the iPhone 6 doesn't have an eSIM...
