I got iPhone 13 Pro Max suddenly screen got white and I just went to Apple Store and I didn’t good feedback from them

This is a user to user forum, no one here can see the diagnostic test on your phone.
If Apple doesn't want to repair it, there isn't anything that anyone in here can do.
You can either pay for the cost of repair or purchase a new phone as recommended.
What does that mean? If your screen is damaged, regardless of your opinion of their feedback, they will need to fix it.
there’s no any scratch or any damage on the phone .

Even that customer service agent didn’t care just said that no point of repair go for a new device .
If you check on the gsx you can see the diagnostic test .
were you able to fix your phone? I have same issue.
