Ipad 10 2022 swiping gestures not smooth

Ipad 10 2022 1 week old feels like 30fps instead of 60fps. When starting/closing an app, swiping on the homescreen, on the task manager, when scrolling etc. its really annoying. How can i fix this. Its not reduce motion, not my storage, not the ipados version, i tried to hard reset and factory reset still the same.
