Apple Wallet app just holds payment methods on your iPhone. Apple Wallet is not a financial instrument. Overdraft would be a feature of the individual payment method you choose from within your Wallet app. Apple Cash may be one of your choices and is a prepaid debit card. A prepaid debit card is limited to purchases that are fully funded and do not offer any offer draft protection.
