how do i fix this? i updated the software alr. it is not in caps lock mode but the keyboard is. ( am i making sense? i hope i am) please help me people ( english is not my first language im sorry)

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
