Experience using a Dell Video Conferencing Monitor with MacBook Pro

I am looking for a desktop monitor with an integrated webcam/speakers to use with my MacBook Pro (lots of zoom meetings!) My Macbook Pro is from 2020, currently running OS Sonoma 14.4.1. I came across the Dell 27 Video Conferencing Monitor (P2724DEB). Does anyone have experience with this pairing? Do they play well together? If not, suggestions on a reasonably priced alternative? Thanks!
