I need to recover my data.
I’ve attempted all possible solutions on the internet but they don’t work! I am unable to Use the terminal in recovery mode/utility disk, because I can’t find it.
the data I require it’s in specific data volume.
What solution may work best? Thanks

If the volume or drive was erased, then it is impossible to recover any data from the SSD due to how SSDs work. You will need to recover the data from a backup made prior to encountering this problem.
FYI, in Recovery Mode the Terminal app is located on the Utilities menu on the menu bar.
Sometimes in Recovery Mode you may need to manually mount the "Data" volume or other volumes using Disk Utility.
