Can’t install the SEED app through App Store on iOS 17.4-17.5

When trying to install the Apple SEED app for training (went through seedsales.apple.com, tapped the “download SEED” button, then tap install in rhe App Store), I get the annoying popup screen “App Store would like to install an app” and then “something went wrong”. In other words, I can’t install the training app I need to keep up to date with the training. The whole European “… would like to install an app” screen is so unnecessary for the App Store, it’s another thing added that gets in the way of doing everyday tasks. And apparently makes some tasks impossible.
