Apple Care for Vision Pro

I bought the monthly payment Apple Care yesterday. Today, I received the Receipt & Renewal Notice which contains the following content that requires linking to the Apple ID(My Apple ID is not an account registered in the United States.) (please see the screenshot).




Clicking on the link requires confirmation submission:


 Upon continuing to click, the following failure message is received:



Currently, the credit card has been successfully charged, but I am concerned about whether the automatic payment will go through smoothly next month.

After a quick search, I found that Apple claims to have chat support, but I never have used it. When looking for chat support I was directed to this page. Maybe you can eventually find the chat support from here (?)

Also, It is possible the Apple Care billing issue is related to a Chinese credit card address for a product that is not currently sold in China (?)

Thank you for your suggestion. The payment method I currently use is a virtual credit card (billing address in the United States), and the virtual credit card shows that a normal Apple Care+ payment has been made once (which is the first monthly payment). My concern is, if I do not successfully link my Apple ID (such as the screenshot above), will the payment for next month not be automatically deducted?
