I split my time between the usa and italy. I have an apple pay account in dollars and a Wise account in euros. I would like to use the wise account to load my apple pay account so I can use the euros without having to convert to dollars and then back to euros to use apple pay. Is that possible?

It says you can add your Wise card directly into the Wallet app and use if from there. See Apple's YouTube channel video on how to add a card to Wallet.

Set the default card for payments
The first debit or credit card you add to Wallet becomes the default card. To choose a different card, touch and hold the card, then drag it to the front of the stack.
