iOS Standby Mode Weather

I really like the new StandBy mode in iOS. I use the face that has a clock on the left and weather on the right. It lets my phone act as a nightstand alarm clock while also providing information about the day’s weather.

I use this in the morning as I’m getting dressed to help decide what to wear for the day. My problem is iOS happily replaces the high & low temps for the day with notices of a flood watch, rainfall for the next hour or two, or other items that I don’t really care about when I’m selecting my attire for the day.

Is there a way to force it to always display the temperatures regardless of these other weather events it thinks might be important to me? Like I don’t mind being informed that it’s raining now or will be in the next hour, or that there’s some watch/warning in place, I just want to also have access to the high/low temperatures for the day. This is especially true in the spring and fall where the temperatures are quite variable and I might go from shorts/shorts levels one day to pants and long sleeves with a jacket the next.
