If you purchased the MacBook directly from Apple - log into the Apple Store site and in your account look for the MacBook and download the Official Apple Receipt / Invoice.
Else:
If you still have the MacBook packaging, check to see if you kept a paper receipt there with it,
or
try searching for emails from Apple around the date of the purchase, as an emailed receipt is often sent if you approved that.
or
if you used a card to purchase: you may have kept the receipt with statements from your card-provider

If needed: You could enter the serial number of the MacBook online to check your coverage:
