I want to install Mojave on my macbook

I want to install Mojave on my 2017 MacBook Pro as a clean install. If I go to Recovery mode I only get the option to install Ventura.

I have downloaded the installer from Appstore, but cannot install it says too, old to be opened in this version of MacOS

Can anyone please help?
