After installing and uninstalling Ant Virus software I messed up the settings in my OS and now everything slowed down. I want to reinstall Mac OS Ventura to return to the original setting and start messing up again. HA.
Are there instructions available I can follow to do it right this time?

The operating system is on a read-only, cryptographically sealed volume. Reinstalling it will do absolutely nothing.
What you have to do is erase the rest of the hard drive. Follow instructions here: Erase your Mac and reset it to factory settings - Apple Support
