This is a popular scam. To stop them read Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community.
Unless you manually uploaded a file to it, no. Aside from that, a website can't tell if there's malware on a Mac.

Agreed with the other comments…
Any updates or viruses initiated within the Safari app, are scams and clickbait. Only Settings or System Preferences can authorize or initiate Apple updates.
